SkillPod provides cybersecurity training and certification courses including but not limited to CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), SOC Analyst, AI/ML programs, and other cybersecurity-related educational services. We offer online, offline, and hybrid learning modes.
3. Course Enrollment
- Enrollment is subject to availability and applicable eligibility criteria.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- SkillPod reserves the right to refuse enrollment at its discretion.
- Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed payment plan before course commencement.
4. Payment Terms
- All course fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Payments can be made through the methods specified on our website.
- Installment options, if available, must be adhered to as per the agreed schedule.
- Late payments may result in suspension of access to course materials.
5. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via email.
- Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation request and the specific course policy.
- Processing fees or administrative charges may be deducted from any refund.
- Certification exam fees, once paid to the certification body, are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, content, logos, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of SkillPod.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with unauthorized parties.
- Course access is granted for personal educational use only.
7. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Maintain professional and respectful behavior during classes and interactions.
- Not engage in any form of cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty.
- Not use skills learned for illegal or unauthorized activities.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Certification
- Certification is awarded upon successful completion of course requirements and examinations.
- SkillPod does not guarantee employment upon course completion.
- Certification validity and renewal are subject to the issuing authority's policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
SkillPod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the course fees paid by the student.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Modifications
SkillPod reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
